Hi Andy... Good to hear that you are on the ball with this vexing problem to your Zaffy... Just another passing thought for you - As your engine has been having a problem getting a full DPF regeneration done, could your oil leak be something to do with the DPF or the associated pipes to it..?? If it has been topping up your sump with diesel each time the regeneration process tries to start and complete, could your perceived oil leak actually be adulterated diesel fuel & oil which has leaked from one of the connecting pipes..?? In the past 6 months or so, we have had several members posting on the forum about a particular leaky pipe, made from a plastic that melts easily, coming from the DPF unit, which apparently has, in several cases, had to be replaced with a more robust, fuel grade pipe that won't disintegrate during the regeneration process. It's possibly worth you checking this out when looking for the source of your leak..!! Cheers.. Robin
