2004 zafira dti gone mental plz help
Forgot mention egv has been checked and cleaned when i rev the car it looks like its opening and shutting the way it should i also made sure the swirl flaps were clean and moving freely.CheersSye

Hi mate a complete engine should be block & head and all ancillaries eg: starter alternator etc everyrhing you see attatched to the engine thats what it should come with minus the gearbox of course :)

If u know what u r doing u could helicoil it with new bolts but u do need to know what u r doing or retap slightly bigger holes and bigger bolts .

Couple of quid and u get extended magnet good tool to have .one time I was cleaning throttle body and torx bit fell right in inlet this saved my life or at least a days labour I got a flexi one as well...

If you rev car this swirl flap bar should move freely the soot inside inlet manifold jams up ...the soot from egr mixes with oil vapour and makes black sludge .you can fit an oil catcher on way up from...
