What head unit you got your zafira? It depends what model you have if it's compatible with Bluetooth or not it is an optional extra with certain models as far as I know you need a special Bluetooth unit added with wiring to back of stereo and then head unit tech2 to add function I have a cd70 navi and know it supports I am looking at adding it my self, hope this helps
